The Church exists to save souls. That is our "business" and everything we do is to that end. The Church is like a hospital. It exists to get you back on your feet. Since we are all works in progress, nobody can say he or she is completely cured. However, when someone has overcome the deadlier spiritual diseases (it happens all the time)  it has been through the prayers and sacraments of the Church. These forms of medicine have been given the Church by the Divine Physician, Jesus Christ. All He wants of you is to ask Him for a visit.
